Lemon Honey Cayenne Ginger Echinacea. I am so happy I have a Berkey Water Filter now. Lemon Water every morning with TJs Green Drink mix and Hemp protein powder, turmeric and black pepper. I don't get flus or head colds anymore. also everyone should put down the dairy at the first tickle in nose of cold or flu, eat GARLIC, take a nap, cut out the processed foods, sugars, milk. Wish the worthless govt indoctrination camps (public shools) taught this to me as a kid.
